Refund policy


UltuCup Three Cycle Guarantee

Not a cup fan? Thanks for giving the UltuCup a try. Here is what we need from you to provide a full refund:

  1. Please make sure you have tried the cup for at least three cycles. Menstrual cups can have a learning curve, so give yourself time.
  2. Reach out to the UltuCup Consumer Care Team at info@ultucup.com.
  3. Show us your receipt or proof of purchase, with the price you paid.
  4. Show us a picture of the cup cut in half. No freebies (no need to return anything)

Note: Money back guarantee will be managed directly, and only by UltuCup Consumer Care. Not available for in store refunds.

Late / Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@ultucup.com.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ultucup.com.

To return your product, please mail your product to: Pamco Distributing Inc.  at 231 Arnold St, Kitchener, ON, N2H 6E8.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
